Experience Criteria
- U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
- U2: More than 24 months of experience.
- International / Domestic voice experience will receive 100% consideration.
- Non-voice / Backend experience will receive 50% weightage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Review customer accounts and policies using cloud-based tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
