Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Embassy Taurus Techzone, Technopark Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week) | Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) or Mid Shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

Experience Required: 1+ years of mandatory corporate HRBP experience

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across teams.

Manage employee grievances and conflicts, and provide sound resolutions.

Analyze attrition and retention data to provide actionable insights.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction activities.





Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

Monitor succession planning and workforce performance.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory norms.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and workflow management.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years of corporate HRBP experience (Mandatory) along with strong skills in engagement, conflict resolution, and data analysis.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education: Post Graduate(MBA -more preferred)

Candidate Preference: Female candidates preferred.
