Role Description This is an urgent hiring requirement for a BFSI/NBFC Trainer on a contract basis, working in office in Kapasin. The Trainer will design and deliver training programs for banking, financial services, and NBFC professionals, focusing on core domain knowledge, regulatory compliance, product understanding, and customer service practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training content and modules, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing structured feedback and mentoring.



The role also involves coordinating with corporate stakeholders to understand training needs, updating materials in line with current industry standards, and maintaining accurate training records and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of BFSI and NBFC operations, products, processes, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible training content.
- Experience in corporate or institutional training, including curriculum design, session facilitation, and learner assessment, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of participants and manage in-person training sessions effectively.
- Ability to use digital tools for training support (presentations, LMS platforms, basic productivity software) and to adapt content to different learning styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, management, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI or training and development are an advantage.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting training schedules and quality standards on-site in Kapasin.
