Job Responsibilities
- Handle UK customer queries over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance, and car transfers/rentals.
- Offer the best available deals and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle calls confidently and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UK Voice Process Inbound/Outbound Travel Sales.
- US/UK process experience preferred.
- Only B2C offline voice sales experience required.
- Tour handling, online sales, and web sales profiles are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- GDS knowledge is mandatory (Galileo/Amadeus).
- Positive geographical knowledge is required.
