About Prowiz

Prowiz is a technology and analytics company building digital products, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and data-driven solutions.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can simplify complex problems and turn them into intuitive, functional, and visually polished digital experiences.

You'll work on real-world products, including B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, web applications, and mobile applications.

Significant: Employment Structure

This position starts as a freelance engagement for the first month and transitions to a full-time role after one month of working together.

We're looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity, not just a short-term freelance project.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements and complex workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work on B2B SaaS products, enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, and internal business applications.
- Create reusable components and scalable design systems in Figma.
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate user flows and interactions.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, components, and responsive layouts.
- Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Review implemented screens and provide feedback during design QA.
- Improve existing product experiences through UX analysis and iterative design.

What We're Looking For





- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex dashboards, forms, tables, and multi-step workflows.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable components.
- Ability to independently understand requirements, propose solutions, and execute designs.
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.

Good to Have

- Experience with B2B SaaS products or enterprise applications.
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and analytics interfaces.
- Familiarity with accessibility and developer handoff practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted design tools to improve productivity.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
