Operations Executive – International Travel

Location: Mumbai – Kalina, Off BKC

Experience: 1+ years

Working Days: 5 days + Saturday WFH/half-day

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support the International Travel Operations team. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and primarily be responsible for vendor coordination, bookings and ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Manager in handling day-to-day travel operations.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel vendors for bookings.
- Obtain availability, quotations and confirmations from vendors.
- Make and manage hotel, transfer, sightseeing and activity bookings.
- Follow up with vendors for timely confirmations and amendments.
- Maintain booking details, vouchers and other travel-related documents.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding changes, cancellations and special requests.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and within timelines.
- Assist in preparing and updating travel itineraries.
- Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution of client trips.




- Maintain proper records of vendor communication and booking status.
- Support the senior operations team in handling any last-minute operational requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- 1–8 years of experience in Travel Operations / Tour Operations / Hospitality / Travel Agency preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Good vendor follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in International Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
