About the Role

We are hiring a Travel Consultant with strong sales skills. Your job is to convert customer leads and enquiries into confirmed domestic and international tour package bookings, including Middle East, Azerbaijan and Georgia packages, and to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell domestic and international tour packages to individuals, families, couples and groups
- Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle sales enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins
- Sell Middle East & GCC , Azerbaijan , Georgia and Domestic packages
- Send quotations and itineraries quickly and follow up until the booking is closed
- Negotiate, handle objections and close sales
- Make outbound calls to leads and past customers to generate new bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Get repeat business and referrals from existing customers
- Coordinate with the operations team for payments, tickets, visas and vouchers after booking
- Maintain the lead tracker, follow-up records and daily sales reports

Requirements

- 1–2 years’ experience in travel sales,



tour package sales or a travel agency
- Proven experience selling both domestic and international tour packages
- Fluent English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Strong lead conversion and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of destinations, hotels, flights and visa processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and email

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling Middle East, Azerbaijan and Georgia packages
- Malayalam is an added advantage
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools
- Travel and tourism diploma or degree
