- Coordinate daily dispatches, and transportation activities.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely shipment of goods.
- Track shipments and prepare the data of gate in containers.
- Coordinate with factory, Freight Forwarder and factory for smooth shipments.
- Monitor vehicle availability and transportation costs.
- Maintain shipment records, delivery reports, and logistics-related MIS.
- Handle shipment delays, transit damages, shortages, and other logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures.
- Verify transporter bills and assist with Transportation cost reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting.
