- Develop and implement employee training programs.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Manage employee induction and onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
- Manage the training and development department.
- Monitor employee performance and development.
- Prepare training reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Training & Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience). Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
