Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager with robust expertise in employee training, sales capability development, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, assessing employee competencies, and improving overall sales-team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and coordinate employee training programs and sessions.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, departments, and external vendors for effective training delivery.
- Develop and maintain training calendars, schedules, and attendance records.




- Prepare training materials, presentations, case studies, and assessment forms.
- Conduct workshops, classroom sessions, role-plays, mock interviews, and on-the-job coaching.
- Assess skill gaps and role-clarity issues across different levels of the sales team.
- Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to evaluate employee competencies.
- Collaborate with Sales Heads and HR to establish training priorities.
- Monitor training effectiveness and collect participant feedback.
- Manage training budgets, logistics, and learning resources.
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
- Prepare monthly training reports covering attendance, assessment scores, employee development, and training impact against business targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
