Trainer - IT & Digital Services

Location: Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced Trainer - IT & Digital Services to strengthen the skills and capabilities of our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct training sessions on tools, processes, and best practices across web, software, and digital marketing
- Onboard new employees and help them become productive quickly
- Identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them
- Create training materials including presentations, guides, SOPs, and practical exercises
- Evaluate team progress through assessments, reviews, and hands-on tasks, and provide constructive feedback
- Keep training content updated with new tools and industry practices




- Collaborate with team leads and management to align training initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT services, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on training or mentoring experience
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and common online tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, CRM tools, or social media platforms is an added advantage
- Ability to join immediately or at short notice
