Available Specialisations:

1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer

- Communication and public speaking.
- Presentation skills and executive presence.
- Interpersonal effectiveness and professional etiquette.

2. Emotional Intelligence & SEL Trainer

- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Empathy and emotional regulation.
- Conflict management and behavioural development.

3. Corporate Trainer

- Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness.
- Team building and collaboration.
- Leadership and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops.
- Facilitate practical activities and group discussions.




- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
- Adapt training methods according to learning requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programmes.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Training, Facilitation, Coaching, or Learning & Development.
- Expertise in at least ONE of the three specified specialisations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, or Communication will be preferred.

Key Note: These are three separate hiring requirements. Candidates only need expertise in their relevant specialisation. Experience across all three areas is not mandatory.
