- Assist in managing daily catering and hospitality operations.
- Coordinate food production, service delivery and event management.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement and vendor coordination.
- Handle customer interactions and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Assist in cost control and overall business operations.
