Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 12–18 years of experience in large-scale commercial office, premium IT parks/SEZs, retail, mixed-use, or

large-scale real estate developments.

• International Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with international architectural practices and global

design firms, seamlessly translating concept designs into local execution.

• Design & Technical Acumen: Robust design sensibilities with a sharp eye for architectural detailing, materials,

architectural languages and premium finishes tailored for commercial assets.

• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in 3D massing and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD,



and

visualization tools) to study, review, iterate, and present design concepts effectively.

• Coordination Expertise: Strong capability to perform high-level architectural gatekeeping and identify design deviations

during SD, DD and GFC milestone reviews.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of statutory approvals, building regulations, NBC, Fire & Life Safety

norms, and development controls.

• Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with PMCs, construction teams, leasing teams, and business

stakeholders.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
