We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Expert

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Expert with 3–5 years of experience who can get real business results from campaigns.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified leads, conversions and revenue while improving ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and performance forecasting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences and campaign structures.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO and content teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to clients and internal teams.

What we're looking for





- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns across multiple industries.
- Should take initiative and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities and turning them into results.
