FutureCaptains is forming a founding board of 25 senior school Principals from IB, IGCSE and ICSE schools across India and the Middle East.

The question we're asking: how should schools guide students on academics, behaviour and careers, so that a student's choices at 14 stop becoming regrets at 21

The role

An honorary advisory seat. You review our work, share what you see in your own school, and shape what positive guidance looks like for Grades 6-12. We handle the drafting and logistics. Your time is your experience and your judgement.

Who should apply

Sitting Principals and Heads of School with at least 10 years of leadership experience, in an IB, IGCSE or ICSE school.
