Job Description:

- Handle end-to-end Sea Export Operations in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Manage FCL/LCL shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, customers and overseas agents.
- Handle export documentation, including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (BL), Shipping Bill and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate booking, container planning, cargo movement and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely documentation, customs clearance coordination and shipment delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.

Mandatory Requirement:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Sea Export Operations.
- Freight Forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of FCL/LCL shipments and export documentation.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
