About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–6 years of experience in international business development, preferably in overseas manpower, staffing or recruitment services.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to identify and acquire international clients, generate overseas manpower requirements, build solid business relationships and drive revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new international clients and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with overseas employers, contractors, manpower companies and end clients.
- Generate international manpower and staffing requirements.
- Explore new markets and expand the company's international client base.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.




- Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Must-Have Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in International Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring international clients.
- Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition and business development.
- Knowledge of overseas manpower, staffing or recruitment services will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Understanding of international markets and client handling.
