Job Title: Junior Proposal Writer

The Junior Proposal Writer will support the preparation, development, coordination, and submission of proposals in response to government, healthcare, and commercial RFPs.

The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, basic MS Office knowledge, and the ability to understand instructions and organize information from multiple documents.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are interested in developing a career in proposal writing, government contracting, and business development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid research, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to understand instructions and follow structured processes.




- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn government procurement and proposal development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or experience in proposal writing, technical writing, content writing, or business documentation.
- Basic understanding of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and government procurement.
- Familiarity with government procurement portals such as SAM.gov.
- Exposure to staffing, recruitment, healthcare, or professional services industries.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, business letters, or formal documents.
