Designation: Sr. Manager/AVP - Implementation - Cash Management Services

Location: Chennai

Expereince: 3-8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end implementation of digital banking solutions for corporate clients.

Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure timely completion of implementation activities and project milestones.

Handle API Banking implementations, including requirement gathering, analysis, testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment.

Manage Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, including SFTP connectivity, file transfer configuration, file format customization, and Snorkel installation and setup.

Collaborate with clients, product teams, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Assist clients with integration testing, troubleshooting,



and resolution of technical issues.

Coordinate the transition of solutions across onboarding, testing, UAT, and production environments.

Provide implementation support for various payment and collection solutions.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.

Conduct customer training sessions and provide post-implementation and go-live support.

Prepare and maintain implementation documents, technical specifications, test cases, and deployment reports.
