Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving revenue growth for Ecoscreate Events Pvt Ltd's virtual and hybrid event solutions. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored proposals to prospective clients. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.



The Sales Specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaign activities and event delivery, and will provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement of services and solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on products or services to ensure effective adoption and usage.
- Familiarity with virtual or hybrid events, SaaS platforms, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic data analysis to track performance and improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
