This role is part of the Integration team responsible for the enterprise Managed File Transfer capability. The Senior Consultant will serve as the technical SME and technical lead for the GoAnywhere platform, providing deep technical expertise while driving platform architecture, engineering standards, operational stability, and future strategy.

The position requires 15+ years of overall technology experience, with strong expertise in enterprise integration and Managed File Transfer platforms, particularly GoAnywhere. The individual will provide technical direction to the engineering team, lead complex solution and architecture decisions, and help establish and mature the GoAnywhere capability within GCH.

Experience & Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise integration, middleware, Managed File Transfer or related platform engineering.
- Deep hands-on expertise with GoAnywhere MFT in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise platforms or integration services.
- Strong experience designing and supporting GoAnywhere on AWS.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly Terraform.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and secure file transfer technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-scale platform upgrades, migrations, DR,



security remediation, and production support.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, networking, IAM, security, monitoring, and resiliency concepts.
- Experience working with CI/CD, GitHub, ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues spanning application, infrastructure, network, database and integration layers.
- Experience influencing architecture and engineering decisions across multiple technical teams.
