About the Role: As an agent,



you will be responsible for auditing and validating data send by client and your primary goal will be to ensure accuracy and fast response time.

Responsibilities & Skills required:

• Validating the data and accurately updating records

• Listening actively to avoid any errors

• Typing speed should be min 40 wpm

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO

• Documenting all interactions and details of inquiries.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Required Skills:

• Excellent Written communication skills in English.

• Freshers or experienced are welcome to apply.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Comfortable to work from office in

Mohali Location.

• Typing speed minimum 40 WPM with 95% accuracy

• Pay range and compensation package: Upto 2.6 Lakhs per annum
