We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Manager to lead technical delivery, manage development teams, and drive scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.
- Drive end-to-end ServiceNow solution design, development, integration, and deployment.
- Define technical standards, best practices, platform governance, and architecture.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project delivery, SLAs, and performance KPIs.
- Drive hiring, team development, platform upgrades, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure solution quality, security, scalability, and performance.

Required Technical Skills:





- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Platform AI Search.
- Solid knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Pages, and UI Macros.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in REST, GraphQL, and cross-system integrations.
- Experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Experience with platform upgrades, patches, and release management.
