We're Hiring: Co-Founder – Performance Marketing

Heliocenture | Chennai, India

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Leader to join us as a Co-Founder and build the next phase of our growth journey.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity. We are looking for someone who brings deep expertise in performance marketing, strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to build and scale a high-growth marketing business.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
- Proven expertise in planning, executing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
- Must have managed monthly advertising budgets ranging from 50 lakhs to 1 crore or more.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimisation, funnel architecture, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to drive measurable business outcomes, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale customer acquisition.
- Experience managing clients, leading teams, and building performance marketing operations.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate marketing performance into business growth.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the performance marketing vertical, build a strong team, establish scalable systems, drive client acquisition and retention, and contribute to the company's overall strategic growth.

The Chance

- Join as a Co-Founder with no capital investment required.
- Equity/ownership-based partnership structure.
- Opportunity to build and lead the performance marketing vertical.
- Be part of the company's long-term vision, strategy, and growth.
- Build a meaningful business together rather than simply take up another job.

Who Should Apply

If you have successfully managed large-scale advertising budgets, built profitable campaigns, and have the ambition to build something of your own, we'd love to connect.

We're not looking for someone who just knows how to run ads. We're looking for someone who knows how to build and scale a performance marketing business.

Interested candidates can share their profile, portfolio, and campaign performance case studies.
