We're looking for a proactive B2B Partnership Outreach professional to build and grow our network of corporate hiring partners.

What you'll do:

Reach out to prospective partners via email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels

Identify companies with relevant hiring needs and onboard them as hiring partners

Build and grow a portfolio of strategic partners for talent supply and skilling collaborations

Build strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, corporates, industry organisations and recruitment agencies

Run outbound business development:



cold calls, pitches and consistent follow-ups through closure

Develop partnerships around recruitment and employer branding

Meet prospective and existing partners in person to strengthen long-term relationships

What we're looking for:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

A self-driven approach with strong ownership

Confidence in reaching out to new people, pitching and following up

A proactive mindset and the ability to build lasting skilled relationships
