- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, taste, and serving standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
- Understand the menu and recommend beverages, food pairings, and promotional offers to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter, workstation, and café.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, food safety, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
