We are looking for an experienced Financial Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital TPA billing, financial estimation, and CGHS portal operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for IPD and surgical procedures.
- Handle TPA billing, pre-authorization, and insurance documentation.
- Manage CGHS portal activities, including patient registration, package verification, and billing.
- Explain treatment costs, package details, and payment procedures to patients and their relatives.
- Coordinate with TPA, billing, and clinical departments for smooth patient processing.
- Ensure accurate billing, timely documentation, and adherence to hospital policies.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing or financial counseling.
- Experience in TPA billing, estimation, and CGHS portal operations is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance documentation.
