Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled TrackWise Technical Support Engineer with over 10 years of experience in quality lab systems and technical support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of TrackWise QMS and will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of our quality management systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high- quality standards in laboratory environments.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert technical support for TrackWise QMS, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TrackWise with other lab systems.
- Conduct system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Train and mentor junior staff on TrackWise functionalities and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to improve overall

system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management systems.





Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with TrackWise QMS is a deal breaker.
- Strong understanding of quality lab systems and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other quality management systems and lab software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to laboratory operations.
- Project management experience in a technical support environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences).
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with TrackWise QMS.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or project management are a plus.
