Role & responsibilities :

1. Mould Suiting & Assembly: Must have hands-on experience in mould suiting and assembly of current moulds, including lifter suiting, slider suiting, and insert suiting.
2. Precision Mould Handling: Experience in handling and working with precision moulds, ensuring accuracy and quality during fitting and assembly.
3. Mould Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience in identifying, analysing, and resolving mould-related issues.
4. Mould Trial Experience: Must have experience in attending mould trials, identifying fitting-related issues, and making necessary corrections.
5. Conventional Machine Knowledge: Working knowledge of conventional machines such as Lathe, Surface Grinding (SG), and Drilling machines.
6. Die Spotting: Practical experience in die spotting and checking mould matching and alignment.
7. Material Knowledge:



Good understanding of plastic raw materials and different types of steel materials used in mould manufacturing.
8. Drawing Interpretation: Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using Siemens NX software.

Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience in mould fitting, assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of precision moulds and mould trial activities.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and work with mould components.

Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with practical experience in plastic injection mould assembly, fitting, and maintenance will be preferred.
