- Education: MBA Finance / CA / CMA / MBA
- Core Skills: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, MIS reporting and business partnering.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting financialplanning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis for retailoperations.
- The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, with theability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts and rolling financial projections.
- Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor revenue, operating expenses, gross margins and profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.
- Support P&L; analysis across retail stores, business units and product categories.




- Analyse sales performance, cost trends, inventory movements and margins.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
- Work closely with business, operations, merchandising and finance teams.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and forecasts.
