- Understanding the business requirement of the organization

- Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting

- Valuable command in Costing

- Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement

- Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings

- Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the business processes

- Validate the reports requirements

- Validate any changes in customize

- Provide training to end-user

- Prepare End user training Document

- Sort out day to day queries of end users

- Gather Information on current business processes and prepare a document

- Data Mapping - Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment





- Gap Analysis - finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes

- Functional testing and Integration Testing

- Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time

- Production support for other integrated modules in SAP

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
