Position: Regional Manager – West

Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Other suitable locations in the Western region

Experience: 10–15 Years

CTC: ₹15–17 LPA

Job Requirements

- The candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience in the medical devices, healthcare, medical consumables or related industry.

- Must have prior experience handling a minimum of 3 states independently.

- Should possess strong regional sales management experience with the ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Must have experience in distributor management, channel development and expanding the market presence across assigned territories.

- Should have good relationships and an established network within the medical devices and healthcare industry.

- Robust team management, business development, negotiation and territory management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales operations across the Western region.

- Develop and strengthen distributor networks across assigned territories.

- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and distributors.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regional business performance.

- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans across the assigned region.
