1. Job Purpose

To introduce students to theatre and performing arts through engaging, creative and interactive activities that develop their confidence, communication skills, imagination, teamwork, emotional expression and overall personality.
1. Key Roles and Responsibilities

2. Theatre Education

- Conduct theatre and drama classes for students from different age groups.
- Teach basic acting techniques, voice modulation, body language, movement and stage presence.
- Introduce improvisation, role-play, storytelling and creative expression.

1. Production and Performance

- Plan, write, adapt and direct stage performances, plays and skits.
- Prepare students for annual functions, assemblies, festivals and special school events.
- Manage rehearsals, casting, stage movements and performance coordination.

1. Personality Development

- Build students' confidence and public-speaking abilities.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression and collaborative learning.




- Help students overcome stage fear and develop communication skills.

1. Curriculum Planning

- Design age-appropriate theatre activities and lesson plans.
- Integrate theatre with subjects such as English, Hindi, Social Science and Environmental Studies.
- Conduct theatre-based learning activities.

1. Classroom and Student Management

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the participation and inclusion of all students.
- Encourage respect, empathy, teamwork and creativity.

1. Event Coordination

- Coordinate with teachers, music instructors, dance teachers and event teams.
- Assist with costumes, props, scripts, sets and backstage management.
- Organise theatre workshops and inter-house competitions.

1. Assessment and Reporting

- Monitor students' participation, progress and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of activities, rehearsals and performances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
