Job Summary A Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Hindi is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to middle and secondary school students (Classes 6–10). The goal is to build strong grammar, reading, writing, and communication skills in students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry according to the curriculum.
- Assess Progress: Create tests, grade assignments, and track student performance.
- Engage Students: Organise activities like Hindi debates, poetry recitation, and essay competitions.
- Communicate: Share progress updates regularly with parents and school management.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi + B.Ed. degree.
- Certification: Transparent CTET / State TET Paper II exam.
- Skills: Excellent command over Hindi, strong classroom management, and basic computer/digital teaching skills.
