Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Tester with hands-on experience in testing AI-driven and Video-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end software functionality, executing test cases based on business use cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across web-based platforms and integrated applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for AI and Video SaaS products.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and use cases.
- Validate AI workflows, video processing features, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Execute integration testing between various software modules and third-party systems.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release sign-offs.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues.
- Assist in automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.




- Experience in testing AI-based applications and Video Streaming/Video Analytics solutions.
- Positive understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Understanding of SaaS application architecture and cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and video processing workflows.
- Experience testing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
