Required Skills & Competencies:

1. • Background in telecom, DTH, broadcasting / broadband services.
2. • Experience in sales, customer support, or field operations.
3. • Technical understanding of Cable TV, DTH, Broadband operations.
4. • Good understanding of regional geography to support field-level operations.
5. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
6. • Highly target-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a process-driven environment.
7. • Strong ownership qualities and a proactive attitude.
8. • Ability to use MS Office.

Job Role
1. • Oversee subscription billing and collection activities; ensure timely revenue realization.
2. • Manage active subscriber base monitoring and reporting to support growth and retention.
3. • Generate and maintain monthly subscriber reports from DPOs.

• Handle IRD (Integrated Receiver Decoder) inventory and coordinate IRD/VC sampling for tracking and
5. auditing purposes.
6. • Conduct TS (Transport Stream) recording and piracy checks to ensure compliance and signal security.
7. • Update channel mapping, ensuring channel availability and desired LCNs.
8. • Perform field visits to DPOs and LCOs to strengthen partnerships and monitor ground activities.
9. • Partnership with Local Cable Operators (LCOs): Engage and collaborate with LCOs to upsell OYC /
10. Broadband and Watcho products strengthen their customer base and reduce churn.
11. • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build trust and long-term relationships with LCOs
12. • Basic troubleshooting for connectivity and service issues.
13. • Upselling and cross-selling of TV, DTH & broadband products.
14. • Drive lead generation, conversion, and account maintenance for recent and existing business opportunities.
15. • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on operational highlights.
