Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end tendering and cost estimation for EHV/HV Substation EPC Projects (AIS/GIS).
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, drawings, scope of work and commercial conditions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates covering electrical equipment, civil works, erection, testing and commissioning.
- Evaluate costs for transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, CT/PT, protection panels, control systems and associated substation equipment.
- Prepare competitive techno-commercial bids for turnkey substation projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations, technical compliance and price negotiations.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost benchmarking and bid pricing.
- Identify project risks, tender deviations, exclusions and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Finance teams for accurate bid preparation.
- Manage pre-bid queries, technical clarifications,



bid submissions and post-tender negotiations.
- Analyze project margins, pricing strategies and tender competitiveness.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–10 years in tendering and cost estimation, preferably with Substation EPC companies.
- Strong experience in AIS/GIS substations, preferably 66 kV to 400 kV or above.
- Familiarity with utility, GETCO, PGCIL and other government/private EPC tendering processes.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, electrical equipment costing, vendor evaluation and techno-commercial bid management.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, estimation tools and e-tendering portals.
- Robust commercial negotiation, analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
