Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing Sales Executives, achieving regional sales targets, and expanding NoBroker's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Promote NoBroker's premium plans and value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C Sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good CRM knowledge and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
