Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executives to contact loan applicants, follow up on pending applications, and guide customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Call loan applicants and follow up on incomplete or pending loan applications.
- Explain the loan application process and collect missing information/documents.
- Update call records, outcomes, and follow-up status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
