Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales opportunities through outbound and inbound telephone calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their IT product requirements, promoting company products and services, generating leads and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving daily inbound calls .
2. Promote laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, computer accessories and other IT products.
3. Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers.
4. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
5. Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers to customers.
6. Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
8. Maintain daily call records, customer databases and follow-up reports.
9. Coordinate with the field sales team and showroom sales team.
10. Achieve monthly sales targets.
11. Maintain skilled customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.





Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word and Internet).

Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers and IT products will be an advantage. Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

1. Working Conditions

Full-time office-based position. Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Working hours: 10 AM to 8 PM.

Daily calling and customer follow-up activities.

Daily reporting to the Sales Manager. Performance-based targets and incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Rs 10,000 - 15,000 per month. Performance-based sales incentives.
