Samrat Technologies is looking for a confident, responsible and well-presented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries, parent communication and admission follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle incoming enquiries and explain available courses.
- Follow up with interested students for admissions.
- Manage student and parent communication.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with students regarding classes and fee reminders.
- Support admission and counselling activities.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Hindi,



Punjabi and basic English communication.
- Confident personality and professional grooming.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp).
- Ability to handle calls and convert enquiries into admissions.

Eligibility:

- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Minimum 1-year job commitment required.
