We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should be comfortable with online research, sourcing contact details independently, calling prospects, and maintaining an updated calling database.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound enquiries.
- Source contact details from online portals, directories, Google, and social media platforms.
- Verify customer contact details before making calls.
- Explain products, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update calling databases and lead records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Record call status, customer feedback, and follow-up dates.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.




- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare daily reports of calls made, connected calls, leads generated, and pending follow-ups.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to source leads through internet research.
- Valuable communication, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with daily targets and handling customer objections.
- Ability to manage calling data independently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
