Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers to 3 years of experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Explain services and provide basic information to patients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
- Maintain patient call records and coordinate with the internal team.
- Ensure a qualified and courteous approach while communicating with patients.
