About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with excellent communication skills who can interact with business owners, explain our products and services, generate interest and convert prospective customers into leads and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business owners.

Explain CEOITBOX services, business automation solutions and AI-focused programs.

Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions.





Follow up with interested prospects and handle basic customer queries.

Maintain lead details, call records and follow-ups in CRM.

Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency.

Confident, energetic and presentable personality.

Valuable listening, interpersonal and convincing skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to communicate professionally with business owners.
