Leadership Opportunities & Each Role Key Responsibilities 1. Technology Lead – Strategy & Engineering Transformation

- Define technology vision, engineering strategy and transformation roadmaps.
- Establish modern engineering practices, technology standards and scalable platforms.
- Drive AI adoption across the software engineering lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, architecture choices and technology investments.




- Align technology strategy with business growth, revenue and customer outcomes.

2. Technical Architects – Enterprise & Solution Architecture

- Define enterprise, solution and application architecture strategies.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient and cost-optimized technology solutions.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems and enterprise applications.
- Establish architecture governance, reusable frameworks and engineering standards.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise platforms and business workflows.
- Balance innovation, technical debt, security, compliance, performance and TCO.

3. Product Managers – Product Strategy & Business Value

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
- Translate business needs and customer expectations into product capabilities.
- Drive product discovery, requirements engineering and outcome-based roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled products, intelligent workflows and improved customer experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design and business teams.
- Own product adoption, value realization, customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

4. Program Managers – Strategic Execution & Governance

- Lead large-scale technology transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
- Establish execution frameworks, governance models and predictable delivery plans.
- Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Architecture and Business teams.
- Establish data-driven KPIs, dashboards and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Ensure business objectives translate into measurable execution outcomes.

5. Delivery Leaders – Business & Delivery Excellence

- Build and scale engineering and delivery organizations.
- Establish end-to-end delivery models focused on quality, productivity and predictability.
- Own delivery performance, resource optimization, operational efficiency and customer commitments.
- Drive P&L; ownership, revenue growth, margins and account expansion.
- Build solid client relationships, improve CSAT and identify new business opportunities.




- Develop leadership pipelines, improve ESAT and nurture a high-performance work culture.
- Drive AI-led delivery transformation while ensuring governance, security and compliance.

What We Expect from You We are looking for professionals who bring a combination of technology expertise, strategic thinking, execution discipline and business ownership.

- 8–15+ years of experience across Technology, Architecture, Product, Program or Delivery Leadership.
- Proven experience in building, transforming or scaling technology teams, products, platforms or delivery organizations.
- Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, distributed systems and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI adoption, automation and next-generation software engineering practices.
- Ability to define frameworks, operating models, processes and execution strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement and people leadership capabilities.
- Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of P&L;, revenue, margins, CSAT and ESAT.
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment with ownership, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.
