Technology Delivery Manager – Banking & Financial Services

Responsibilities

- Lead and govern large banking technology programs and delivery portfolios.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives across digital, cloud, and AI domains.
- Manage client relationships, executive governance forums, and delivery excellence.
- Ensure program profitability, operational efficiency, and successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programs.

Mandatory Experience

- 18 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership.
- Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience.




- Experience managing large programs and portfolios with 200 team members.
- Robust technology background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience leading digital transformation, cloud transformation, modernization, or AI-driven initiatives.
- Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive governance forums.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margins, portfolio financials, and delivery governance.
