TRUGlobal Software is looking for a passionate and motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to understand technical hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes based on technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on current technology trends and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science/IT, or equivalent). MBA (HR/Marketing) candidates with a technical undergraduate degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in IT Talent Acquisition.
