One of our known is looking for an experienced Technical Specialist – VDI (L3) to join our IT Infrastructure Support team.

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai (Remote – Work From Home)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: ₹24–35 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
Key Skills Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon / VMware View.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise VDI deployment, configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE Access and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM).
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, Routing and Switching.
- Experience in preparing HLD, LLD and technical solution documents.
- Robust L3-level troubleshooting, log analysis and root cause analysis skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- Overall 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of Omnissa / VMware Horizon experience.
- Must currently be working at L3 support level.
- Hands-on experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer interaction skills.
- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts and participate in rotational on-call support.
