We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US/domestic IT recruitment. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in

Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.

- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.

- Identify qualified candidates for various IT roles based on client requirements.

- Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate skills, and assess suitability for C2H opportunities.

- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

- Negotiate salary rates and ensure candidates meet client budget requirements.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular status updates.

- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates and successful onboarding.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment.

- Experience recruiting IT professionals for domestic client requirements.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.

- Experience managing multiple requirements and meeting recruitment targets.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling C2H requirements from sourcing through onboarding.

- Knowledge of domestic IT hiring trends and candidate availability.

- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
